(S) After-Work Cardio Hike - Paris Mountain - Sulphur Springs Loop Extended

Details
Let's get our legs warmed up for bigger weekend hikes. Come join the club for a quick 4-5 mile hike at Paris Mountain State Park after work hours. The goal of the hike is to get in shape and train for longer hikes, so this one will move at an average pace of 2.5 - 3.0 miles per hour.
Consider it a cardio workout that beats going to the gym. We don't take breaks or take in views. We keep moving, so please be sure that you're able to keep up with the group and hike leader.
This hike will start at the Sulphur Springs trailhead near Shelter #6. We'll climb the east side of the loop heading up toward the Brissy Ridge trailhead. From there, we'll take the west portion of the Brissy Ridge trail and connect with Kanuga. We'll then take Kanuga to the Fire Tower Trail and descend down the west side of the Sulphur Spring loop back to the parking lot.
Please note there is a $6 fee for entry to Paris Mountain State Park, though that fee is covered if you have a Park pass. Keep in mind this is a fast-paced hike since we need to finish the hike before the park (and the park's gates) close at 8 p.m.
Length: 4.5 miles
Elevation gain: 750 feet
Hike pace: 2.5-3.0 mph
Hike leader: Damien Pierce
