This week’s guided meditation, “Our Relationship to the Eternal Sea,” helps us experience unity with the eternal sea of Light, or the source of all that is. Just as water sustains mortal life, the spiritual fluid of Light continuously waves all around and inside of us, calling upon our minds to perceive the reality of divine love and inclusiveness. Enter the meditation to hear your inner ocean and become one with the power that this building awareness confers to increase divine Light in the universe.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "'Knowledge' in Gnosis."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
