This week’s guided meditation, “Experiencing Space, Time, and Beyond,” helps you experience the unbounded mind of the divine, which operates beyond false limitations of time and space. Mortal mind often constricts “reality” to what can be perceived with the physical senses; this closing off hinders spiritual seeing and growing. The meditation lets you enter a blade of grass and travel among the stars, all towards connecting us with the spark of Light within each of us, the Light that can free us to truly realize our divine potential.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Principles of Prayer."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
