This week’s guided meditation, “Experiencing Reality Through Our Inner Light,” helps seekers distinguish the false reality our minds create from our physical senses with the truth of things that our inner light reveals. The senses are often unreliable and subjected to resistant patterns of shaping by the mortal world. Meditation is one gnostic practice that can re-channel our minds to see Truth. | Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows: |

9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Principles of Prayer."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
