This week’s Guided Meditation, “Silence,” lets us tune into the mysteries that can be experienced when we shut out the noise of the mortal world. Meditation helps us access the peaceful presence dwelling in the divine spark within each of us. These mysteries should be shared with others only at the appropriate time. Meditate and wrap yourself in the stillness of silence that will help you assess when relating divine truths can be the most effective in repelling the forces of darkness in this world.
Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Principles of Transformation."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
