This week’s guided meditation, “Evaluating Ourselves,” uses the balance scale and the plumb line to help us measure the value of divine truth versus the illusions of mortal mind. Fear of the unfamiliar and attachment to enculturated beliefs as we grow in mortality can obscure the divine spark of reality within each of us. The meditation helps us weigh the value of adhering to the comfortable and static against the potential for continuous spiritual transformation and growth.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "The Fruits of Penetrating the Unconscious."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
