This week’s guided meditation, “Clay in the Hands of a Potter,” helps seekers experience the wisdom of choosing to be shaped by the hands of the divine. In the same way that clay is broken down many times during the process of becoming a beautiful vessel, mortals must go through the discomfort of giving up intractable ideas of how things work in order to be transformed into the beings of Light we are meant to be. Let the questions presented by the meditation guide seekers among touchstones of knowledge and growth into the joy and promise of continual and loving formation by the divine.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Psychological Development."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
