This week’s guided meditation, “Sharing the Good News of Gnosis,” helps us understand the importance of sharing our growth in gnosis with others. We are all born with a spark of Light inside us, a potential to be lifted above the mortal condition and claim our heritage as divine beings. Seekers growing in Christ radiate this promise to others. Enter the meditation to feel the joy that accompanies growth in the spirit and in sharing this blessing with willing listeners.
Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Birth Into New Life."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
