This week’s guided meditation, “Trusting the Benevolence of Divine Love,” uses the story of the Annunciation to let seekers experience the power of magnifying the purity of total trust in divine love. Gabriel asked Mary was to submit to instructions that violated several mortal concepts of “how things work,” while subjecting her to possible danger. Her unpolluted trust in divine love ,however, allowed her to give birth to a child who would transform the world. The meditation takes us on an exploration of factors that help us recognize and transcend the limitations inhibit the power that accompanies total acceptance of the benevolence of divine love.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Becoming Divine."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
