This week’s guided meditation, “The Process of Resurrection,” helps seekers understand Gnostic resurrection as the transformation from physically centered beings into integrated beings of Light. Just as a seed dies before it can become a plant, and a caterpillar dissolves to become a butterfly, humans must sacrifice the living death of mortal existence before being resurrected to deathless life, a process that begins while we are here on earth. Join the meditation and let Sophia and Christ awaken us to our divine potential to true Life.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "The Quest for Wholeness."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
