This week’s guided meditation, “Emergence of the Inner Christ,” ties the infant Christ to the spark of divine Light that allows us to grow into our eternal selves. Christ began with the body and mind of an ordinary infant; his emergence as a transcendent being reflects the transformation mortal souls must go through to claim and radiate our divine source and heritage. Let the meditation take you into the mind of the Christ infant to experience the potential for endless spiritual growth and light on power.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Staying Above the Water."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
