This week’s guided meditation, “Children of Light and Darkness,” uses the story of Christ and Judas to help us experience the necessity of opposites being in balance for divine transformation to happen. The forces of darkness in Judas empowered the forces of Light in Christ and filled out the gaps in Christ’s nature. The balance of Light and darkness within ourselves generates true growth in the power of the spirit. Join the meditation to perceive how both darkness and light are both components of the divine that in harmony, can lift up the world.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Children of Light and Darkness."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
