This week’s guided meditation, “The Power of Experiencing Gnosis,” helps seekers know that the true power of Gnosis is perceiving the connectedness between the Eternal Sea, or the source of all that is, and the reason for our time here on earth. Mortality is a learning and testing ground that develops our spiritual muscles to distinguish truth from illusion. But ego and emotion can obscure the unifying forces of divine love. The meditation lets us experience how all the earth’s creatures grow in knowledge both on and beyond their mortal lives and how this unity promises endless growth in Light for human journeyers.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Experiencing the Infinite."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
