This week’s guided meditation, “Finding Answers in the Silence,” helps seekers access divine knowledge that can emerge once the noise of the ego mind is silenced. In the same way a dream can reveal a solution to a tough problem the mortal mind cannot "hear" while awake, meditation can help us approach Christ’s portal to explore answers in the silence of the unconscious, or the Eternal Sea. The meditation will guide you to Christ’s door so that you may choose to enter a world of infinite knowledge, Light, and wonder.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Magi to This Generation."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
