This week’s guided meditation, “Accepting Your Shadow,” encourages seekers to recognize and embrace their shadows, or aspects of their personalities that they have repressed. When those traits remain submerged in the unconscious, they can eventually surface in counterproductive ways that impede spiritual growth. The meditation helps you encounter some surprising and wonderous shapes in your shadow so that loving acceptance can lead to divine integration and metaphysical progression.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Restoring the Feminine."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
