This week’s meditation, “Conscious Breathing as a Key to Gnosis,” lets seekers experience breathing as a gateway into the realm of Light. Breath was given to mortals not just to sustain physical life, but to be a portal into the eternal wonders of the divine. While you meditate, let the angel of air and that space between the breathing in and breathing out introduce you to the mysteries of the infinite garden.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "The Mental State Called Resurrection."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
