This week’s guided meditation, “Divine Light or Energy,” helps seekers access the unlimited energy of the Eternal Sea, or the source of all that is. In the mortal condition, our amount energy is bound by physical constraints. But the spark of divine Light inside each of us is a fathomless well of energy and knowledge that fuel our spiritual growth. Let the meditation take you inside the true source of limitless energy so we can fully develop and express our divine potential.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This weeks' topic is "Light Shining Through the Ages."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
