This week’s meditation, “Plant Life,” lets us experience the kinship between the spark of divine Light in each of us and that same light and life coursing through plants. The divine has no limits on space and size; all forms of life on earth are alive through the flow of spirit and energy of the eternal divine. During the meditation you will travel through various elements of a plant and become a participant in the shared currents of Life.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This weeks' topic is "Extending Gnosis."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
