In this week’s guided meditation, “The Light in Everything,” seekers will experience the reflective and reciprocating nature of divine sight. We each have a spark of divine Light from the Eternal Sea, or the source of all that is, within us, a Light that allows us to perceive this radiance in everything around us. In the meditation, focusing on seeing the Light in a living thing will magnify our sense of connectedness to and deep unity with our divine source.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This weeks' topic is "Learning to Make Wise Decisions."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
