This week’s guided meditation, “The Power of Love,” invites seekers to follow shapes that reflect the unifying, expanding power of divine love. The crossed foursquare and Gaia, our earthly mother, are two forms that distinguish divine love from mortal love that is often bound by ego and the illusion of separateness. In the meditation you will grow inside a shape that endlessly expands and embraces others within the bonds and limitless power of Light and love.

Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Living Into Wholeness."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
