This week’s guided meditation, “The Divine Infant Within Your Soul," lets seekers experience the link between the birth of the Christ infant to the potential of humans to grow into divine beings. Mortals have a spark of divine Light within their souls, and nurturing this spark gradually transforms mortal nature into the divine power of love. During the meditation, enter the mind and body of the Christ infant to identify with his humanity and also with our capacity to transform and mature into brilliantly divine beings.
Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Bringing Out Your Inner Divinity."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
