This week’s meditation, “Erecting a Temple of Light,” helps seekers use active imagination to construct a cosmic temple of Light from our divine spark within. When we actively distribute divine attributes in our spiritual temples among others, the power of light and love become an endlessly multiplying structure in the universe. In the meditation you will release multiple aspects of your inner light to join with the light and love in others to form strong pillars in a powerful and endlessly radiant temple of Light.
Our Sunday Services include several different practices that bring us closer to the Divine. It's fine to come for the one you are most interested in or to come right at 9:30 and stay until 1:00. The normal schedule is as follows:
9:30 Participating in Gnostic songs with Zedek and his guitar. These songs are recorded as Zedek has recently passed. They relate to the theme of our metaphysical class and guided meditation.
9:45 Metaphysical lecture and discussion lead by a teacher of Gnosis. This week's topic is "Transcending Separateness."
10:30 Yoga practices designed to prepare us for meditation
11:15 Guided Meditation and Discussion.
12:00- 12:45 Creation of icons and sharing of Icons
