WHAT: Long awaited revisit to the amazing resort of Abersoch for plenty of walking, seaside, activities, and plenty of socializing in shared self-cater accommodation.

More Details:
This is a group weekend trip to trendy Abersoch, one of the UK's brightest holiday locations, staying near to pubs, shops, and superb beaches for water-sports, good coastal walks and other fun activities.

Abersoch is on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales to the south west of Snowdonia. Because it faces east, it enjoys a mild micro-climate, though there's a whole headland to explore.

Accommodation:
The accommodation is a large self catering well equipped seaside town house with large kitchen, lounge with TV/DVDs, shower rooms, utility rooms, and dining/break-out areas. Parking, electricity and gas is provided. You just need to bring your own bed linen and bathroom items (i.e. pillows and duvets are provided, but bring towels, sheets, pillow case, duvet cover or sleeping bag).

Cost & Travel:
The cost to the weekend will be £68 for 4 nights/5 days, based on B&B plus snacks and basic provisions. If you book for a guest, you MUST provide their full name and contact details when booking please. At just £17 per night, this deal surely cannot surely be beaten! Your petrol and booze should be your only significant unavoidable outlay! If you wish to avoid fees (applied by meetup and paypal), and can complete the transaction in a single quick communication step, then we can accept bank transfer.

Car sharing should be possible for those willing to meet a driver at their start point (normally leaving West Midlands 9am on departure day). However note that travel and holiday insurance is entirely down to members to make their own arrangements as required. Please also take Tue/Wed off work to make the most of it!

Rooms:
The room layout and allocation will be on the noticeboard in reception from around 1-pm of the day of arrival. Rooms dictate suitability for roughly equal numbers of men and women, with a maximum of about 26 places. For previous visitors, we have the left-hand premises only. Rules: No smoking, pay for breakages, be considerate to others.

Sleeping quarters consist multi-share rooms, typically taking 3-6 occupants and will be designated Male, Female, or Mixed for couples who agree to share. In the interests of fairness, you and one other guest may ask to be co-roomed (when booking) but we are unable to accept any other form of request for priority.

Walks & Trips:
There are plenty of walks and trips available around Abersoch, and we change the format each year we go. There will be a sightseeing tour of the headland visiting the lovely beaches, that's for sure. There will be a walk/activity Sun/Mon/Tue and probably on arrival/departure days too.

Luggage and Shopping:
We can usually gain access earlier to drop off perishable food, though the rooms won't be available until mid-late afternoon on the Saturday. Parking is available both at the front of the building.

Places and Overflow:
There are 26 places in the group accommodation, for the first 26 eligible
members to PAY (not those who merely RSVP without paying). Assuming our booked accommodation fills, we will then look at camping and other options to allow a few more members to join us, but our accommodation must be filled first.

Arrival Meeting Point:
Between 12:00 and 13:30 on Saturday, at St Tudwal's Inn, A497, Sarn Bach, Abersoch, POSTCODE: LL53 7DT. You can park off-road at Olgra House, where we're staying, which has the same postcode but is a few doors beyond St Tudwal's Inn (also on your right) just before where the road turns to the right, right on the corner. Cars will need to be packed fairly tightly on the front car park.
