While we'll draw from several sources in our coaching classes, discussions, and workshops, a primary text we will be using is The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman.

Please note, these workshops are not for those struggling with severe relationship problems, mental health issues, domestic abuse and violence, or addiction.
