It is so easy to focus on what we don’t have and take things for granted until they pass us by. If we really want to be happy and of benefit to others, we need to learn the practice of appreciating the good in ourself and others now. This practice of appreciation or “rejoicing” is an ancient meditation practice that we can learn to use to uplift our mind and increase our positive qualities..
Each class is self-contained, so you can join at any point in the series.
