Hi, I’m Lea. I’m the guide behind these sessions and the founder of Intention and Insight, a space where I get to merge my love for intuitive healing and my background as a tech and strategy nerd.
This weekly virtual group is designed to help you reconnect with your body and your inner wisdom.
Each session includes:
🌿 A guided somatic drop-in to feel and release emotions stored in the body
🌀 Time to tune in and dialogue with your inner voice
✨ A spacious journey to your safe place, where you can rest, receive, or imagine the life you’re calling in
This space is soft, supportive, and open to all—no experience required. Whether you’re moving through grief, change, or simply craving deeper alignment, you’re welcome here.

No prior experience is required—just come as you are, ready to explore and connect with yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way. Whether you’re seeking clarity, release, or inspiration, this is a space for you to access your own inner knowing in a supportive group environment.
