What is the purpose of this group? GrowOC is the successor to 1Million Cups Irvine, built on the belief that no entrepreneur should have to figure it out alone. We provide a consistent, high-trust space where the OC ecosystem gathers every Wednesday morning to solve real-world business challenges. We aren’t a networking group; we are a "Wednesday Morning MBA" powered by peer feedback and radical transparency.

The Format:
- When: Every Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
- The Pitch: A 6-minute presentation focused on a "help needed" challenge.
- The Dialogue: 20 minutes of candid, supportive feedback from the room.
- The Goal: Leave knowing something you didn’t walk in with.
The program takes place every Wednesday morning from 8:00-9:00am in locations all around the country.
