Introduction to Basic Electronics (1st Track)

Robotics starts with the understanding of the basic electronics components. In this series of classes you and your child will learn about LEDs, capacitors, timers and infra-red communication through fun and engaging projects. With this knowledge you will be able to move towards programming simple robots using the Arduino platform (later in the advanced track). You will also learn to solder components on a circuit board.

The fee: The fee includes a startup kit with more than 100 basic components, a multi-meter and a prototype board. Your child will be able to continue working on these projects from home and build from there.

Age range: 7-14. No prior experience required.

At the end of this particular session, you will be able to design basic circuits with LEDs.
