Cutting Board Workshop (Part 1 of 2)

Ready to roll up your sleeves and create something beautiful (and useful) with your own two hands? Join us for a hands-on woodworking workshop where you’ll design and build a gorgeous solid 19” x 11” laminated wooden cutting board from start to finish!

This isn’t just a class, it's an experience. You’ll learn real woodworking skills step by step and walk away with a handcrafted cutting board that’s built to last (and will earn plenty of “you made this?!” compliments in your kitchen).

What You’ll Learn:

• How to choose the perfect wood species, size, and style
• Design techniques to lay out a cutting board that’s both functional and stylish
• Gluing, clamping & assembly methods used by pros
• Sanding techniques, grit selection, and finishing options for a smooth, durable board

Class Format (2 Days):

• Day 1 (1.5–2 hrs): Prep, glue, and clamp your cutting board
• Day 2 (1–1.5 hrs): Sand, finish, and admire your creation (scheduled the following day to allow for proper glue drying)
