Want to better connect with your Deaf customers at markets, fairs, or creative events, or maybe even learn a little bit to be a part of a new community? Join us for this FREE, beginner-friendly ASL workshop designed specifically for artists and makers.

This workshop is held in a welcoming space to learn the basics of American Sign Language for everyday customer interactions.

Karma (They/Them) will be your guide. Raised by Deaf adults, ASL is Karma’s first and natural language. As a hearing individual, English is their second language. They also hold an A.A. in Communication Studies and Interdisciplinary Studies of Social & Behavioral Sciences, bringing both lived experience and a deep understanding of communication to this workshop.
