Silver Clay Workshop

Group Size: Up to 5 students
Certification: Grants access to the Jewelry Studio with membership or maker day pass.
Learn the basics of creating fine silver jewelry using silver clay no experience needed. In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll shape, texture, fire, and finish silver clay to create a unique pendant with 7 grams of silver. Once fired, the clay transforms into pure silver that you get to take home.
You’ll learn:
• Silver clay basics and properties
• Designing and shaping techniques
• Texturing and adding details
• Drying and refining your piece
• Firing using a kiln and butane torch
• Polishing and finishing methods
All tools and materials are provided. Supplies are included in the class fee.
Important Notes:
• Class must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
• Wear shop-appropriate clothing: long pants, close-toed shoes, and hair tied back.
• Please wear non-synthetic clothing (cotton recommended).
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early and sign our release of liability.
