Runaway Bride 5k! Ladies Fun Run!

Ladies - Let's run away from any commitments (unless it's bottomless mimosas at brunch!). Join us for a morning 5k fun run at Memorial Park! Dress your bridal best - wedding dresses, white running shorts, veils, etc encouraged!

Event is part of our full day "The Fake-Lorette Party!" 🎉

5K Run Information:
Run begins at 8:45am. Please arrive by 8:30am to leave time for parking, meeting with our group, and stretching/applying sunscreen/etc.
Please note, run is for all levels! You are welcome to walk or run at any pace - complete or not complete the entire run as well! Run will be roughly ~3 miles. Planned route provided to all attendees.

Meeting Location:
We will be meeting at Memorial Park at the Roy H. Cullen Running Trails Center. To find us, look for the bridal themed party!

Parking:
Onsite parking available at Roy H. Cullen Running Trails Center. There is also street parking and additional parking nearby.

Other Information:
Please dress for the weather (even if dressing on theme!) We recommend comfortable running shoes, bringing sunscreen/bug spray, and staying hydrated. Please consider your own physical needs when it comes to completing the run.

Runaway Bride Morning 5K:

• 8:30am
• Dress in your bridal best (To run a 5k!). We will be meeting at Memorial Park - Roy H. Cullen Running Trails. Optional running/walking with our group provided. Ladies only!

Bridal Brunch Sans Bride:

• 11:30am
• Toast over brunch at Bar Louie Sugar Land Town Square! Fun bach themed accessories and a pre-brunch champagne cheers provided at the Houston Marriott Sugar Land lobby across the street!

Let’s Gogh Crazy: Bachelorette Paint & Sip:

• 3:30pm
• Get your paint on as we paint our own canvas over snacks/drinks at Truckyard in EaDo. Canvas/art supplies provided!

Bride in Treble - Dueling Pianos Dance Party!

• 9:30pm
• Let's get our dance on! We'll be at Two Tones Dueling Pianos in The Woodlands enjoying this last fling before the ring! Fun accessories provided! (Please note, Two Tones may have a cover charge at the door!)

Social Anxiety?!
We get it. It's weird to meet strangers off the internet - & our parents definitely told us not to! Our premium membership "verifies" all members so you can feel safer attending. We recommend grabbing a drink (alcoholic or non!) to have something to hold/sip for the inevitable awkward silences. Planning ahead, dressing in something that makes you feel confident, & thinking of some of your interests/potential conversations before arriving are some tips to ensure you have a fun night. Not to self-promote but our podcast is also pretty helpful to learn some friending basics!
