Yoga is a way of life.
In this event, we will be focusing on bringing awareness to our body, learning to be aware of how we feel & connecting with ourselves. We are going slow & detailed, focusing on the right alignment & proper engagement of muscles, providing modification for different body types & holding each postures for some time. We will be doing breathing techniques which will help in destressing.
In this session, we will be focusing on chest & shoulder opening, to bring more flexibility to your shoulder and your upper back. This would be very helpful if you experience constant aches at your neck & shoulder areas due to prolonged work at the desk.
All levels including beginners & the "inflexible" are welcome. We have variations for all body types, so please don't worry. Expect a mindful relaxation at the end of each class!

Event Venue: At the lawn facing the Singapore Botanical Gardens Eco Lake. Please use the entrance along Cluny Road, the Bukit Timah Entrance. You will pass by the Visitor Services @ Bukit Timah Gate and we are just about 20 meters away from there.
Nearest MRT Station - Botanic Gardens (CC19/DT9), Entrance/Exit A.
Please bring along your mat, face towel, and water bottle, etc.

Note: This being an outdoor event, we are subject to weather conditions of the day. In the case of rain or haze on the day of event, the event shall be cancelled for the sake of all participants.
