Making Pizza

This is a class at the Napoli Culinary Academy in Sacramento. Some of us went the French Cooking one and it was great. I was given a special coupon where each person would pay $36 (instead of like $175) for a class. I chose a pizza making one since I had heard it was great. You want to learn how to throw pizza dough, right? At the class, you watch the chef, you make the food and you get a meal.
