For 30 minutes, join in a welcoming and non-judgmental space, with guidance and support throughout the session. All are welcome- no experience necessary. Meditations can be done seated or lying down, whatever is most comfortable. After the meditation, there will be time for reflection and questions.Teacher Bio:

Heal One World, 3503 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, USTeacher bio:
Jhannyn is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, lifelong student of yoga, and dedicated practitioner of meditation for over 5 years. She completed her training through The Yoga Tree Coop, a program rooted in social justice, inclusivity, and accessibility — values that continue to shape her teaching and presence in the community. Her classes offer a slow, intentional flow that centers breath, body awareness, and choice. Jhannyn creates welcoming spaces where all bodies and identities are honored, and where yoga becomes a tool for healing, reconnection, and inner strength. She invites students to move at their own pace, listen deeply, and approach practice as both a personal and collective journey toward wholeness.
Class description:
A slow, grounding yin practice for presence, connection, and release.
In this gentle all-levels class, we settle into simple, supported poses held for several minutes, allowing your body to open and your mind to quiet. With mindful breathwork and moments of stillness, you’ll create space for connection, clarity, and deep relaxation. Sacred Slow invites you to honor your body’s wisdom, soften into sensation, and treat your practice as a meditative pause. Perfect for beginners, those returning to their mat, or anyone seeking to slow down, tune in, and restore from the inside out.

IN PERSON: Feel-Good Breath and Body with Zoe
Heal One World, 3503 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, USDetails
Teacher bio:
Zoe Banoža dabbled with yoga for over ten years before deciding to earn her 200-hr certification last summer. She completed her training in Kathmandu, Nepal at Mandala Yoga Retreat. There, she finally saw yoga not as a way to crank out a sculpted body but as a method to build connection, allyship, and trust with the body. The realization reshaped and strengthened her relationship with yoga, her self, and her life. Outside of teaching, she’s a writer and a model.
Class description:
Use intentional movement and breath to deepen your relationship with your body. This is a Hatha-inspired class with touches of flow and wave-like sequences. Moderately paced with accessible poses that open your body and help build strength. Intuitive movement encouraged. Begin to see your body as an ally you can trust in this feel-good weekly practice.
