This group is dedicated to providing support and healing for those who have experienced trauma. Whether it be from past abuse, accidents, loss, or other events, we understand that the wounds are often invisible but the pain is very real. Through discussions, workshops, and mindfulness practices, we aim to create a safe space for members to share their stories, connect with others who have similar experiences, and learn healthy coping mechanisms.
