What we’re about
Greetings!
I am Dan. The leader of another hiking group named me "the Hiking Manager," and I wanted to start my own hiking group. Over the past year or two, I have traveled around Korea hiking its many mountains, including 15 of the national parks. Usually I take a one or two night weekend trip outside of greater Seoul, and would like to invite other enthusiastic and capable hikers to join me once or twice a month.
Please feel free join if:
1. You are an experienced hiker (go almost every weekend, enjoy challenges)
2. Enjoy the hiking experience (I would hope so)
3. Willing to travel around Korea to hike (example: travel Saturday, hike Sunday)
4. Can commit 1-2 weekends a month to an expedition outside of Seoul
5. Foreigners and Koreans welcome
Hiking Schedule
1. To reach our destination, we will either: travel early in the morning to the destination by train/bus or travel on and hike on Sunday (depending on the relative distance from Seoul and desired start time)
2. Hike at our selected location (estimate 4-6 hours, most of the time)
3. Eat a meal together
4. Return to Seoul using train or bus
