Not Your Typical Yoga Class. No pressure. No perfection. No performing. Just real, raw, liberating movement- infused with story, rhythm, emotion, and even a little dance. You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t need experience. You just have to be willing to show up- to your body, your breath, your truth. Because the mat isn’t there to challenge you… it’s there to mirror you. And when you meet yourself on that mat- with your mess, your magic, and your longing to rise - where healing begins.

Join us for a heart-opening, joy-filled movement experience designed to awaken your light and reconnect you with the wisdom of your body. This 45-minute session weaves together Kate’s Movement Medicine Circle dance and Emily’s SoulSculpt™ movement for a deeply nourishing journey of embodiment and expression.

Set to a sun-inspired playlist, we’ll move with intention, honoring the energy of the Summer Solstice—a time of expansion, vitality, and radiant possibility. Expect intuitive movement, playful rhythm, and a sacred space to feel fully alive. No dance or movement experience necessary—just come as you are and let your body lead the way.

Join Stephana for a spiritual solstice ceremony that anchors in change and the growth of the summer season.

Join us in sacred circle as we honor the longest day of the year—a powerful time of light, transformation, and renewal. The Solstice Ceremony will open the heart and connect us to the rhythm of nature through guided intention-setting, sound healing, breathwork, a communal energy blessing.

Together, we’ll release what no longer serves us and welcome the radiant possibilities of the season ahead.
