What we’re about
We are an authorized Performance Group (training group) under Burton Richardson’s Jeet Kune Do Unlimited, a pioneer in functional martial arts (www.jkdunlimited.com). We will train weekly in the JKD Unlimited / MMA for the Street curriculum in East Hollywood and the Edendale (Silver Lake/Echo Park/Los Feliz) area of Los Angeles, CA.
We train fighting skills to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and innocent bystanders, adapting the best technolgies from sport MMA & BJJ to the no-rules environment of street self-protection. We help each other to cruise along the learning curve with individualized training, progressive resistance, and experiential learning. We train to be proficient in all the ranges, with or without weapons, against one or multiple attackers, and in a variety of environments.
Our training sessions can be a great workout: fun, safe, effective, and all levels are welcome. We offer affordable, exclusive membership, without ego or hierarchies.
