Hol Self Wellness is a group that recognize and prioritize psychological safety alongside physical wellness in this post pandemic era. Organized by licensed professional counselor, D'Angelo Taylor (@taylorfamousq) and certified wellness practitioner, LaBarron Burwell (@lbthegreat), this group provides curated wellness activities in our communities that help add value to your life. This group also helps with prioritizing yourself, improving relationships, allowing you to de-stress, and make personal lifestyle changes that stick. Our featured event, "Virtual Walk and Talks" will help you gain a greater sense of self and confidence as you engage in our weekly discussions.

Join us for our Virtual Walk & Talk every Wednesday at 7am.
This 60 minute walk is facilitated by licensed professional counselor, D'Angelo Taylor (@taylorfamousq) and certified wellness practitioner, LaBarron Burwell (@lbthegreat) . We encourage all participants to get out and move during the call. Some participants; walk on the treadmill, use the elliptical, ride the exercise bike, or stretch. Some participants join on their way to work just to get a boost before the day starts! Our weekly energy filled discussions cover topics dealing with personal growth, mental hygiene, motivation and overall wellness. Once you join, you will understand why some participants still join when they are across the world and in different time zones!

- Week 4: Emotional Awareness & Regulation — CBT journaling + grounding practices
- Week 5: Work–Life Balance & Identity Beyond Work — life balance wheel & personal reset
- Week 6: Integration & Growth Plan — reflection, accountability, and wellness roadmap
