👨‍🍳 On the Menu:
We’ll be making three pasta styles from scratch – each with its own sauce and story:

1. Orecchiette with broccoli rabe, garlic, and crumbled sausage
   Hand-rolled pasta from Puglia that cradles the sauce in every bite.
2. Ricotta & Spinach Tortellini with saffron cream sauce
   A delicate stuffed pasta paired with a silky golden sauce.
3. Tagliatelle in a fresh tomato butter sauce
   Classic long ribbons, hand-cut and tossed in a rich, simple sugo.
