No gym? No problem. This group is for anyone looking to get fit, stay active, and feel strong—all from the comfort of home.
We host virtual workouts throughout the week that are fast, effective, and beginner-friendly. No equipment needed—just your body, your space, and your commitment to show up!

15-Minute Abs – quick and focused core training
Push-Up Night – periodic sets done together over the evening
Bodyweight Strength – build muscle and control without weights
Bodyweight HIIT – get sweaty and boost endurance in minimal time

This isn’t your typical fitness class. During Push-Up Night, we hang out from home — whether you're watching Netflix, getting work done, gaming, or just relaxing — and every 10 minutes or so, we all drop and do a set of push-ups. That's it!
Set a personal goal for how many push-ups you want to hit by the end of the night, and we'll help you stay accountable. No pressure, no judgment — just good vibes, light movement, and some fun group motivation.
What you’ll need:- A screen to join the virtual session
- A comfortable space to do push-ups
- A goal in mind (100 push-ups? 50? Totally up to you!)
