Interested in learning & practicing mindfulness skills? Perhaps you'd like to join with others in walking, sitting and other forms of meditation? In finding a way to infuse mindfulness into your whole life?
We come to these practices for a variety of reasons including stress management, spiritual development and just plain enjoying life more. Most of us discover unanticipated benefits.

Tea and Tranquility Self-Care Circle, Community Meditation, and Book Club
The Dalles Wasco County Library, 722 Court St, The Dalles, OR, USJoin us for a twice monthly, free community meditation and self-care circle at The Dalles Wasco County Library every 2nd and 4th Tuesday 10:30 AM to 11:45. During the class, we will connect with each other, practice meditation and self-care techniques, and discuss the book, Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach. Books will be provided by the Dalles-Wasco County Library. The class will be guided by Emily Martin, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
