The White Linen Dash Morning 5k!

Maybe you're trying to get hyped for WLN or just want to celebrate early so you don't have to get out in all that WLN shenanigans - whatever the case, get your Saturday morning started on the right foot by joining our social club for our White Linen Dash 5k morning walk/run!

Run/walk will be roughly ~3 miles down The Heights blvd. Run/walk is self-paced and you are welcome to socialize or just focus on your work out! Open to all running skills!

How To Find Us: We will meet in front of Hamilton Middle School - at the intersection of The Heights BLVD and W 20th Street. Run begins at 8:45am - please arrive prior if you wish to meet everyone and run together!

Parking + Additional Information:
Street parking available in the area (Rutland or Yale Street likely have the most open street parking). Please dress for the weather. Sunscreen, bug spray, and water bottles/hats/sunglasses encouraged! Please consider your own health/running/walking needs.

Social Anxiety?!
We get it. It's weird to meet strangers off the internet - & our parents definitely told us not to! Our premium membership "verifies" all members so you can feel safer attending. We recommend grabbing a drink (alcoholic or non!) to have something to hold/sip for the inevitable awkward silences. Planning ahead, dressing in something that makes you feel confident, & thinking of some of your interests/potential conversations before arriving are some tips to ensure you have a fun night. Not to self-promote but our podcast is also pretty helpful to learn some friending basics!
