Heartbreak doesn’t only live in our memories — it lives in our energy. Even if we are unaware, we still may be connected energetically to past exes. Unresolved relationship karma, old emotional ties, and unseen energetic cords can keep us connected to past loves, even when we’ve moved on.

In this guided 2-hour workshop, you’ll be supported in:
🌙 Becoming aware of old relationship patterns and “karma” that may still be influencing you
🌙 Releasing energetic cords with exes or past lovers
🌙 Calling back your power and freeing your heart from the past
🌙 Creating spaciousness for more intimacy, love, and connection — whether in a future relationship or your current partnership

About Your Host:
Hi, I’m Emily Hart — founder of The Hart School and creator of Love Alchemy. I’m a Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis, Quantum Timeline Therapy, and Life Coaching, and my life’s work is devoted to helping women transform from the inside out, to reclaim their power, their worth, and their wholeness.

But this work didn’t start as a business. It started as my rock bottom.

For years, I found myself repeating the same painful pattern in love; outsourcing my happiness, my validation, and my sense of worth to romantic relationships. Each one eventually brought me to my knees. And when my engagement ended in 2016, I had a moment that changed everything: I sat down to fill out a dating profile and realized I didn’t even know who I was anymore. I didn’t have hobbies, passions, or a real sense of self. And in that moment, I realized, I was the common denominator.

That realization cracked me open. I made a decision to stop searching outside of myself and start looking within. It became the beginning of my spiritual awakening and my journey into the world of personal growth and transformation.

Now, I’m married to an incredible man, a mother to two beautiful daughters, and living proof that when you take full ownership of your healing, you change the entire trajectory of your life.

My mission through Love Alchemy and The Hart School is to help women rediscover who they are beneath the conditioning, to alchemize pain into power, and remember that everything you’ve ever desired begins with you. Because when you heal and come home to yourself, you can be, do, and have anything.
