Columbus Rationality - Habit Formation or Willpower-Jitsu

Details
It's the new year (yea!) and in addition to being timely, given the resolutions we often make and break this time of year, discussing how habits and their formation work is right in line with our recent discussion of the overview of rationality basics. This week Don and Rita will share the philosophical and psychological ideas they've collected on how to make habits work for you and in a way you can easily share too.
Please note location change to the upstairs HCCO/SSA office suite, rather than the downstairs conference room
Rationality is about the science of reasoning, and acting effectively to meet your goals.
We generally begin with introductions and socializing at 7:30 and the program starts at 7:45.
Parental Warning: We are a very casual group. There is some swearing and discussion of mature issues.
