Sound bath

Join us for our First Friday blissful night of sound healing with our planetary gongs, crystal quarts singing bowls, and chimes. 3 Gongs Chiron, New Moon, and Sidereal Day. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket, set your intention and drop into a sound journey. Sound healing serves many purposes, while it can be relaxing it also has the ability to make profound shifts towards healing and releasing things that no longer serve you.
