Laser Tag Showdown- Who runs this city?

I would like to host a Laser Tag event, but this is different from the norm. You belong to a team depending on where you were born.

Team Leonardo (Blue)
Born in U.S. Eastern Time Zone or European Continent

Team Donatello (Purple)
Born in U.S. Central Time Zone or African/Australian Continent

Team Raphael (Red)
Born in U.S. Mountain Time Zone or South American Continent, Mexico & Canada

Team Michelangelo (Orange)
Born in U.S. West Coast or Asian Continent

The goal is to use the space as a private event, and we only see and compete with other members of the group. However the breakdown really depends on how many people we have. The cost is $25pp.

Stage 1: Get 25 people to reserve 1 hour
Stage 2: Get 50 people to reserve 2 hours
Stage 3: Get over 50 people so I can order pizzas, drinks, prizes, etc.

If I can't get to 25, I will downgrade this event to just a generic laser tag event.
