We are heading to K-Town! Opens 7/8! Meaning “colorless” in Korean, Urimat Hospitality—the team behind Howoo and DubuHaus—have yet another new spot. While Howoo is all about the beef and DubuHaus is all about the tofu, Musaek, their new bar in Koreatown, is all about raw seafood. They’ve got a $45 hwe platter that we have our eyes on, full of marinated amberjack, striped jack, red snapper, and fluke, as well as soy-marinated red shrimp handrolls. Cocktails start at $12. Please be ON TIME!!! 😊
Approximately 70% of the ingredients are sourced from the Korean peninsula, including fluke from Jeju Island and abalone from Wando Island.
