Chef Nate Limwong, our partner chef, whose expertise, experience, and heartfelt devotion to Thai cuisine shape every dish we serve. Her philosophy is simple yet profound: “At GODUNK, we want you to feel as if you’re standing on the streets of Thailand". The flavors many of us grew up with have journeyed across the world to Bowery, New York, so you can experience Thai authenticity in its purest, most unfiltered form.
